New courses for changing eating behaviour

Weight and fitness are two of the lifestyle problems which can have a detrimental effect on spinal and joint pain.

Psychologist, Bev Karia, offers residential and weekday courses.

She says:- 'Eat with your Mind' helps you change your relationship with food forever and puts you back in the driving seat. Unlike conventional diets, the focus will be on how and why you eat rather than what you eat.
Using cognitive behaviour therapy you'll discover and challenge the underlying beliefs that keep you stuck in a cycle of overeating and depriving yourself and begin to make lasting changes.

Try the 'Eat with your mind' website.
